Start the year off on the right foot!

The first group offering of the new year will be a four week series based on the book “Dynamic Aging” by Katy Bowman. We’ll go through all of the exercises and big ideas in the book. You’ll leave empowered with the knowledge that it’s never too late to improve how you move! Space is limited!
